!!About the hack
This is a fun little game to be played by two persons. Player 1 plays a pattern and Player 2 tries to replay it as accurate as possible. If he fails, he looses one of his four lifes.
The first player who looses all of his lifes looses the game.

The game works by running Maschine in Midi Mode (firmware 1.1+). MaschineFighter records the midi notes and compares the play of the two opponents.
Further Maschine is triggered by the Midi notes as well to provide auditory feedback (triggering a couple of good old arcade street fighter sounds :) ).

The Xylobot is an Arduino-controlled Xylophone, capable of handling Midi-input. We hooked 6 servo-motors up to an Arduino running a custom firmware, a java application manages the handling of the incoming midi data and sends serial commands to the board.

(the App formerly known as MaschineStar)

!!Creator
* Ullrich Schäfer

!!Why did you create it?
This is a hackday isn't it? ;]

!!!this is an ongoing experiment with the vision to create software that makes you forget you are interacting with a computer and enables you to create intricate audiovisual compositions on the fly, with the interface being the composition itself.

{br}

The current state is a basic nodal sequencer which allows you to draw curved timelines on a 2D grid with their playback depending on the connections between several lines into a more complex structure.
At this time, there is a displacement function built in which does not affect playback yet, however makes it look pretty trippy. It is not making sound by itself, rather triggering anything that listens to MIDI or OSC.

!!About the hack

We put tracks from SoundCloud on a map! It is online at [http://www.tracksonamap.com].

!!Current feature set and status
The hack is working pretty fine. We have implemented a huge number of features and a sleek interface design. There are still some minor tweeks to be made, which will be applied in the next weeks. But this will not stop you from already playing around with the app and enjoying it.

	  <description><pre id="diff"><ins>I've made a Wordpress plugin that gives you a shortcode to use in blog posts for embedding information about an RjDj scene.

So putting this in your blog post:

{{ [rjdjscene name=&quot;Echolon&quot;] }}

would give you this:

This small hack is based on the as of yet unofficial RjDj scene data API.
